Allium Outside Catering Co. is Mark's event catering company, where he brings the quality, style and imagination of Allium to small and large scale private and public events, retaining the same quality of food, drink and service diners expect from our dining room.
We have a dedicated event Head Chef, a large database of suppliers and over 20 years of experience cooking for functions large and small in places such as The Chester Grosvenor Hotel, Eaton Estate, Knowsley Hall, The Savoy Hotel, and Private homes and marquees. We can cater for Weddings, Christenings, Funerals, Parties and Celebrations.
We also offer a bespoke planning service, carefully tailored to your requirements, helping you create a truly memorable event
Working closely with our suppliers we can also provide the following:

Allium Outside can also provide locally sourced slow cooked pig roasts for your event, wedding, birthday or other celebration allowing you to relax, enjoy and entertain your guests. Our pigs are carefully selected organically reared pigs from local farms and are cooked slowly over a traditional spit to guarantee an exquisite and rich flavour with crisp crackling and juicy tender meat. We also provide all of the traditional accompaniments and you have the option of serving it yourself or allowing our expert staff to do it for you
For the less formal occasion we can also cater indoors or outdoors with original and exciting buffets and creative barbeques, all of which can be tailored to your exact requirements.
